We have capacity for turning material up to 400mm diameter by 1000mm long; milling up to 150mm by 500mm; internal slotting up to 75mm deep and drilling up to 40mm diameter. Gas, Mig, Tig and Stick welding plus soft and hard soldering. Capable of forging steel up to 50mm square. Hot riveting. Laser cutting up to 10mm in steel.

We can accept AutoCAD files or we can convert your sketch to AutoCAD.

We have experience of assembling vintage aero engines such as Hall Scott, Curtiss OX8 and Hispano Suiza.

We can make or repair chassis sections or whole chassis's, drag links, track control arms, radiator caps, fuel tanks, sump plugs, brake cross shafts, flywheel and we can carry out modifications to your designs.

We can supply and fitting of Helicoils in most materials.
