What I can do for you.

Ferreteria is an engineering and general blacksmithing company with artistic flair making items as simple as wall brackets to structures as big as garden arbours.

My facilities include forge work, manipulation, turning, milling, electric and gas welding and riveting.  I also offer full design and on-site erection.  The majority of my items are hand-forged.  This means each piece of metal is individually heated, shaped, manipulated to suit it's final position and should not be confused with cold bent metal or component based products.  I specialise in making bespoke items that fit your exact needs.  If you want something special in metal and can give me an idea of what you want it to look like or to do, I can probably make it. 

I have made items as diverse as components for Edwardian racing cars, garden seats for stately homes, replica Medieval wares including fun ball & chains (including padlock if required!), security grills, made-to-measure curtain poles, hooks, brackets, hinges, towel rails, door handles, pot racks, candelabras (free standing or suspended; candle or electric), tools and implements for specialised trades and ornamental iron business/house sign brackets.

I also carry out repairs to various items. if they cannot be repaired I can probably make a new one for you. I cannot weld cast iron due to the nature of the low grade of  iron used in most castings.
